    Rudeness, written by Jean-Martin Gagnon and Guillaume Harvey and directed by Jean-Martin Gagnon. In a not-so-distant Quebec, Tremblay, 14 years old, seeks to carve out a place for himself in his new hockey team, the Harfangs d’Alma. To do so, he will have to skate in the same direction as Vézina, the team's crazy leader, and take on the Innus from his region. Supported in development and production by Sodec through the emerging program.

    Guerrero in Winter, written by Remi Dufresne and Nellie Carrier, and directed by Nellie Carrier. Alejandra fled Mexico for Montreal. Hired to work in a food factory, she is soon confronted with the injustice of her illegal immigration status. But what means do you really have when you have no status and no papers? Supported in development and production by Sodec's emergent program with the CALQ in production as well.

    A Tender Age, written and directed by Axel Robin. Developed as part of Cours écrire ton court en 2022. Sasha, a teenage ogre, is taken away by his mother when she flees the family home at the time of the divorce, fearing that Sasha’s father will eat him.

    The Here, written by Remi Dufresne and directed by Fréderic Chalté. Freely inspired by a Quebec folk legend, this fantastic horror thriller is a modern fable about individuality and difference, set in a hostile and mysterious natural environment.

    Vanessa in Paradise, written and directed by Audrey Nantel-Gagnon. Set against a backdrop of motor oil and Quebec Tarot, this short fiction film with documentary roots is a pop-punk drama about the inescapable need for love. Supported in development by CALQ.

    Between Dog and Wolf, written and directed by Éloïse Carpintero. This short film is a fantasy tale portraying that moment in adolescence when young girls begin to perceive their needs as something that can be silenced.

    DOCUMENTARY

    The Sleeping Castle, directed by Lou Barrette. Participant in the RIDM Forum 2023. This short documentary portrays the director's grandmother, Micheline, as she slowly loses her husband to degenerative illness and they transition to a senior living facility.

    Fake Gun, a bank robbery film by Remi St-Michel. Developed with NEXT (Cannes Critics' Week development lab) and TIFF Talent Lab.

    The Witch Across the Fence, an urban family tale written by Remi Dufresne and directed by Annick Blanc, adapted from the comic strip La Maison Truquée by Caroline Merola.

    Querelle of Roberval, a queer unions tragedy co-written by Gabrielle Demers and Kevin Lambert and directed by Gabrielle Demers, adapted from Kevin Lambert's eponymous novel - In co-production with Cinquième Maison.

    Superluminal, a black comedy by Kristina Wagenbauer. Selected for the Groupe Ouest development lab, JETS and the Rotterdam Lab.

    Sugar Teeth, written and directed by Éloïse Carpintero. Supported in development by the Bell Fund. Dalia and Juliette, two inseparable vampires, spend the summer hiding among the residents of a suburb while waiting to leave the country. However, suffocated by this intense and toxic friendship, Juliette will find refuge in the neighborhood ice cream shop where she will discover that humans have something much more enticing to offer than their blood: their love. Series of 8 episodes of 10-15 minutes each.

    Don’t skip a generation, written and directed by Kayla Fragman. Supported in development by the Bell Fund. This series unveils the portrait of a community within the Saint-Michel neighborhood in Montreal. In these triplexes where intergenerational families reside, the question of dual identity and the transmission of culture are explored through cuisine and among neighbors. Series of 6 episodes of 15-20 minutes each.

Selected for the XR production bridge 2023 at the Venice Film Festival and VR Days at IDFA 2023.

    Mélopée, both an interactive fantasy animation film and a plea for the protection of marine environments using the evocative and immersive power of domes and digital technologies. Written by Rémi Dufresne, directed by Alexis Fortier Gauthier and Sebastien Samyn. Supported by Sodec and FMC in conceptualization and development.

    Bodies of Water, a series of video installations where the worlds of contemporary dance and media arts meet in an innovative and sensory experience in the heart of urban space. Choreographed by Caroline Laurin-Beaucage, directed by Chélanie Beaudin-Quintin. Supported by the Quartier des spectacles.

    369, an immersive and interactive animated virtual reality work that delves deep into a poetic experience of female desire. Interactive scripting by Nikolaus Roche-Kresse and Ãnanda Safo. Directed and designed by Ãnanda Safo. Co-production with TEN2TEN Films (France). Supported by Sodec and CNC.
